Decide on a budget.

This can be difficult because you don't know what to expect, or how much you should spend. Here are some ideas about price, but remember we can do any price range and mix of features.

• A brief web site with a bio, a page with your listings and a "contact me" form will cost from $500 - $1,000, depending on the particulars.
  
  
• Add the ability to update the site yourself with our User Maintenance Module, some communiity info, and buyer and seller info pages, and you can be in the range of $1400-$2,000.
  
  
• An elaborate interactive site suitable to a top producing agent or office, packed with local info, many listings, mailing lists, transaction tracking and other possibilities for visitor experiences can cost $5,000 to $10,000.

When you consult with us to determine your requirements, together we will come up with a figure that will meet your needs and your budget. Since all of our web sites are custom built we have no package prices, but will provide a firm quote and timetable once your features have been selected.
